目的探讨军队驾驶员交通差错与心理承受力的关系及其影响因素,为部队驾驶员的心理干预工作提供科学依据。方法采用随机整群抽样法,抽取某部390名驾驶员,根据有无交通差错分为研究组和对照组,对研究组322名有交通差错者和对照组68名无交通差错者采用军人心理承受力量表进行测评,样本数据应用t检验、Logistic逐步回归分析统计方法处理。结果研究组军人心理承受力量表总分(t=-3.77,P<0.001)及问题解决(t=6.95,P<0.001)、意志力(t=-3.75,P<0.001)、乐观自信(t=-4.82,P<0.001)4个因子得分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义;人际交往、家庭支持2个因子差异无统计学意义(t=0.85、0.23,P>0.05)。研究组量表总分(t=2.71,P<0.01)及乐观自信得分(t=2.33,P<0.05)高于军人常模。Logistic逐步回归分析显示,军龄(β=-0.68,P<0.01)、问题解决(β=-1.54,P<0.001)、意志力(β=-1.51,P<0.001)为驾驶员交通差错的主要影响因素。结论交通差错组驾驶员的心理承受力低于非交通差错者,军龄、意志力、问题解决能力可致驾驶员交通差错的发生。
Objective To explore the relationship between traffic error and psychological endurance of military pilots and its influencing factors so as to provide a scientific basis for psychological intervention of military pilots. Methods A random cluster sampling method was used to extract 390 drivers of a certain department. According to whether there were any traffic errors, the study group and the control group were divided into two groups: 322 for the study group and 68 for the control group without traffic error. To bear the power of the table for evaluation, the sample data using t test, Logistic regression analysis of statistical methods. Results The score of servicemen’s psychological endurance scale (t = -3.77, P <0.001) and problem solving (t = 6.95, P <0.001) = -4.82, P <0.001). The scores of the four factors were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. There was no significant difference between the two factors in interpersonal communication and family support (t = 0.85,0.23, P> 0.05). The total score (t = 2.71, P <0.01) and optimistic confidence score (t = 2.33, P <0.05) of the study group were higher than those of the military. Logistic stepwise regression analysis showed that army age (β = -0.68, P <0.01), problem solving (β = -1.54, P <0.001) and willpower (β = -1.51, P <0.001) were the main drivers of traffic error Influencing factors. Conclusion The driver’s psychological tolerance is lower than that of non-traffic error in the traffic error group. The military age, willpower and problem-solving ability can cause driver traffic error.
