“3.15”又来了,围绕“诚信服务”、“保护消费者权益”这一主题,谈了多年。随着改革开放的不断深入,随着汽车进入千家万户,汽车维修行业与社会大众的关系已密不可分,汽车维修的服务性行业特征已越来越突出。如何为车主提供诚信和高品质的汽车维修服务,已成为行业发展的主要课题。借“3.15”到来之际,本刊“维修管理”栏目将一组有关建立行业诚信机制,提高企业服务品质的文章奉献给业内广大读者,以后还将陆续刊载,我们与大家共同期盼着:汽车维修行业的服务形象将与大自然的春天媲美。
