本文研究了用B4C作催化剂,以降低C/C复合材料的石墨化温度,并比较分析了添加B4C后,对C/C复合材料力学、热物理性能的影响。结果表明,添加B4C后,在比通常石墨化温度低400℃的情况下,石墨化度反而增加了14%,达到了85%。C/C复合材料的抗热震性能也有提高。同时应用X射线衍射(MRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等分析手段,分析了B4C对C/C复合材料的催化石墨化机理。
In this paper, B4C catalyst was used to reduce the graphitization temperature of C / C composites. The effect of adding B4C on the mechanical and thermal properties of C / C composites was also analyzed. The results show that, after adding B4C, the graphitization increased by 14% but reached 85% at 400 ℃ lower than the normal graphitization temperature. Thermal shock resistance of C / C composites is also improved. At the same time, the catalytic graphitization mechanism of B4C on C / C composites was analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS)
