本文是对列维-斯特劳斯(Claude Lévi-Strauss,1908~2009)的《餐桌礼仪的起源》中有关“消化”问题的讨论。在该书中存在着最重要的“三重问题”——消化、烹饪和餐桌礼仪。消化问题不仅是这三个问题中与该书涉及的主要神话关联最为密切的一个,还是烹饪和餐桌礼仪这两个问题的讨论基础。因此,在展开烹饪三角形和与餐桌礼仪有关的神话伦理学之前,我们需要弄明白消化的结构世界。
This article is a discussion of the “digestion” issue of “The Origin of Table Manners” by Claude Lévi-Strauss (1908-2009). The most important “triple problem” exists in the book - digestion, cooking, and table manners. The digestion problem is not only one of the three issues that is most relevant to the main myths covered in the book, but also the basis for discussions on the two topics of cooking and table manners. Therefore, we need to understand the structural world of digestion before embarking on the culinary triangle and mythological ethics related to table manners.
