通过欧美等发达国家和国际组织的科学数据共享现状调研分析,结合我国现行水利科学数据共享管理运行模式,以及水利科学数据共享的发展现状和存在的问题,吸取国外在科学数据共享工作中的模式经验,为我国水利科学数据共享的实施提供启发和借鉴.提出了共享机制的构建模式,共享技术标准体系和建立稳定持续的科学数据共享平台的建议.
