(一) 1.为了“治癒”白血病,要求杀死全部白血病细胞。 2.白血病细胞群为1×10~(12)(减少到1×10~(3-8)时即可完全缓解) 近年来对急性白血病的治疗,取得不少进展。这是由于①对白血病的本质有了进一步的认识:②发展了白细胞动力学;③新的抗白血病剂的制成;④新的治疗方案的设计及⑤强有力的支持疗法的配合应用等等。治疗急性白血病近代有如下的假设~9:
