本文扼要介绍采用多排孔火山渣及煤矸石混凝土小砌块、粘土空心砖、空腹双层钢窗、泡抹塑料密封条、塑料气垫薄膜保温窗帘,增加屋顶保温层厚度,地面铺设保温材料等综合措施,在吉林省辉南县建成了四幢低能耗住宅试点建筑。经冬季实测试验及技术经济综合分析证实:比当地普通砖混结构住宅节约采暖能耗20%左右,增加造价不超过5%的要求是可以实现的。为我国即将颁发实施的“民用建筑节能准则”和北方各省制定节能实施细则提供了实践经验和科学依据;研制成的多排孔混凝土小砌块及粘土空心砖均具有明显的节能经济效益。
