当今计算机技术与通讯技术的发展,刷新了人们过去对空间和时间概念的认识。身在新疆,请远在上海的医学专家看病,这在过去是多少患者可想而不可及的事情。现在我们通过“计算机多媒体远程医疗专家会诊系统”可实现与上海中山医院的医学专家“面对面”的进行可视对话、病例讨论和医学影像资料的传递,从而使患者在本地就可以适时接受国内一流医院有关专家的会诊及其指导下的治疗和护理。新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院在1996年10月开通了与上海医科大学中山医院的远程医疗专家会诊系统,通过几个月来对我们进行的十余次远程会诊的情况和远程医疗专家会诊系统在新疆应用的意义谈一点感想。“远程医疗专家会诊系统”作为国家正在实施的“金卫”工程的一个组成部分,是我国医疗卫生系统的
The development of computer technology and communication technology today has rekindled people’s understanding of the concept of space and time in the past.
