教练员注重罚球时的心理训练将能够较好地防止“抱住练习”中可能发生的情况出现。“抱住练习”为一种强度较大的罚球心理训练方法,它的名字是由我们所借鉴的那位教练员命名的。注释:我们喜欢给所有的练习命名,以便运动员能在-简短的口头指令下从一个练习过渡到另一个练习。“抱住练习”分为五个部分,每天训练的结束阶段我们至少进行一个部分的练习。练习开始时队员们沿着端线排列,每个队员进入罚球区时转身并在规定条件下罚球。
