本文利用差示扫描量热法(DSC)、广角X射线衍射(WAXD)、小角X射线散射(SAXS)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)等研究了PET薄膜在180—240℃固相聚合过程中结构的变化及熔融行为。结果表明:随着固相缩聚温度的升高,微晶的体积增加,微晶的数目减少,而单个无定形区的体积增加。从而解释了PET薄膜的熔点及分子量随缩聚温度的升高而明显增加的现象。
In this paper, the properties of PET films during solid phase polymerization at 180-240 ℃ were studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD), small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) and gel permeation chromatography (GPC) Structural changes and melting behavior. The results show that as the solid state polycondensation temperature increases, the crystallite size increases and the number of crystallites decreases, while the volume of individual amorphous regions increases. Which explains the phenomenon that the melting point and molecular weight of PET film increase obviously with the increase of polycondensation temperature.
