目的:确定肿瘤坏死因子-β的抗肿瘤作用。方法:采用结晶紫染色法、免疫细胞化学方法及体内抑瘤实验等从多侧面考察肿瘤坏死因子-β对人胰腺癌及鼠Lewis肺癌的抑制作用;并采用放射免疫分析法测定了胰腺癌细胞内环一磷酸腺苷含量的变化。结果:TNF-β抑制所测肿瘤细胞的增殖,且使细胞内环—磷酸腺苷含量增高。结论:TNF-β对胰腺癌细胞及鼠移植性Lewis肺癌均有确切抑制作用;其机制可能有细胞内环—磷酸腺苷增高的参与。
Objective: To determine the antitumor effects of tumor necrosis factor-beta. Methods: The inhibitory effect of TNF-β on human pancreatic cancer and murine Lewis lung cancer was investigated from multiple sides using crystal violet staining, immunocytochemistry, and anti-tumor experiments in vivo. Pancreatic cancer cells were measured by radioimmunoassay. Inner ring adenosine monophosphate content changes. RESULTS: TNF-beta inhibited the proliferation of the measured tumor cells and increased the intracellular cyclic adenosine monophosphate content. Conclusion: TNF-β has a definite inhibitory effect on pancreatic cancer cells and murine transplanted Lewis lung cancer. The mechanism may be involved in the increase of intracellular cyclic adenosine monophosphate.
