中西医结合治疗硼替佐米致骨髓瘤患者肠梗阻的疗效观察

目的:观察中西医结合即辨证应用中药保留灌肠结合西医治疗多发性骨髓瘤患者应用硼替佐米后出现不完全性麻痹性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法:将49例联合应用硼替佐米化疗后出现不完全性肠梗阻的多发性骨髓瘤患者随机分为两组,均予西医常规处理,治疗组加用辨证中药保留灌肠,以大承气汤为主方,随证加减。而对照组予0.2%肥皂水保留灌肠。观察两组综合疗效、症状和体征改善情况。结果:两组的症状、体征均有改善,治疗组有效率优于对照组62.5%(P<0.05),且治疗组症状缓解时间、肛门首次排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:辨证应用中药灌肠结合西医对硼替佐米致多发性骨髓瘤患者不完全性麻痹性肠梗阻有确切的治疗效果,可有效缓解梗阻症状、缩短病程,值得应用。 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine that use traditional Chinese medicine retention enema combined with Western medicine in patients with multiple myeloma after bortezomib clinical manifestations of incomplete paralytic ileus. Methods: Forty-nine patients with multiple myeloma who had incomplete intestinal obstruction after chemotherapy with bortezomib were randomly divided into two groups, all of whom were treated routinely with western medicine. The treatment group was given retention enema with TCM syndrome, The main square, with the card addition and subtraction. The control group to 0.2% soapy water retention enema. To observe the two groups of comprehensive efficacy, symptoms and signs of improvement. Results: The symptoms and signs of both groups were improved. The effective rate of the treatment group was 62.5% (P <0.05), and the time of symptom relief, anal first defecation time and bowel sound recovery time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with western medicine has definite curative effect on incomplete paralytic ileus caused by bortezomib in patients with multiple myeloma, which can effectively relieve the symptom of obstruction and shorten the course of disease.
