本文从双侧向仪器常数的角度常规的仪器常数固定刻度方法是造成无侵入地层出现双轨现象的主要原因。然后利用有限元模拟方法阐明了泥浆与地层电阻率比值对仪器常数的影响,并根据模拟结果建立了仪器常数动态刻度方法。最后利用不同的算例说明了动态刻度方法可以有效避免或减弱无侵入地层出现不合理正负差异。本文提出的非线性动态刻度仪器常数具有井眼自动校正功能并可提高双侧向测井仪器测量地层视电阻率值的精度,具有很大的应用价值。
This article from the bilateral instrument constant point of view of the conventional instrument constant fixed scale method is caused non-invasive formation of the main reason for the occurrence of dual-track phenomenon. Then, the effect of the resistivity ratio between mud and formation on the constant of the instrument was elucidated by the finite element method. Based on the simulation results, a dynamic calibration method of the instrument constant was established. Finally, different examples are used to show that the dynamic calibration method can effectively avoid or weaken the irrational positive and negative differences in the non-invasive formation. The proposed nonlinear dynamic scale constant has the function of borehole automatic calibration and can improve the accuracy of double-sided logging instrument measuring apparent resistivity. Therefore, it is of great value in application.
