目的:观察复方地黄方对帕金森病(PD)大鼠细胞凋亡的影响。方法:采用6-羟基多巴胺(6-OH-DA)注射于脑右侧黑质造成偏侧PD模型,并用复方地黄方(浓度为4.14g/m L,2m L/d)中药进行治疗,同时设立正常对照组、假手术组。观察PD大鼠神经细胞凋亡的变化及复方地黄方的作用。结果:PD模型组有明显的细胞凋亡改变,TUNEL阳性细胞数、Bcl-2、Bax表达均明显增多,电镜检查结果显示神经细胞凋亡形态学明显改变,复方地黄组对其有明显改善作用。结论:复方地黄方对神经元细胞凋亡有明显抑制作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of compound dihuangfang on apoptosis of Parkinson’s disease (PD) rats. METHODS: Injection of 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OH-DA) into the substantia nigra of the brain resulted in a lateral PD model and treatment with compound dihuangfang (concentration of 4.14 g/m L, 2 m L/d) Chinese herbal medicine. Establish normal control group and sham operation group. Observe the changes of neuronal apoptosis in PD rats and the effect of compound Dihuang Fang. RESULTS: There was a significant change in apoptosis in the PD model group. The number of TUNEL positive cells, Bcl-2, and Bax expressions were significantly increased. Electron microscopy showed that the morphology of neuronal apoptosis was significantly altered. The compound Dihuang group had significant improvement on its apoptosis. . Conclusion: Compound Dihuang Fang can significantly inhibit neuronal apoptosis.
