我国人力资源管理从国外引进,但在发展当中出现了许多问题:没有把人力资源放在战略地位;人力资源部门忽略了为员工营造良好的企业环境和对员工的激励,使企业流失大量人才;人力资源管理人员的能力普遍较低等,这些人力资源问题给公司发展带来了许多障碍。在此基础上文章进一步指出在这三方面应该如何借鉴国外企业人力资源管理的经验,以此来改善提高我国企业的人力资源管理。
