当前,我国事业单位改革正在稳步进行,其改革的成果也正在得到不断的扩大和深入。现在,人事制度改革也正朝着“单位自主用人、人员自主择业、政府依法管理、配套设施完善”的新的人事管理目标推进。其人事制度改革的核心即全员聘用制的推行,也正在得到大力的支持和推进,传统的管理模式正在被新的管理模式所取代,即改变以往的身份管理为岗位管理。
