三亚市交通局响应省、市委号召,打好扶贫攻坚战。他们组织扶贫工作队奔赴该市高峰乡扎文、扎浩两村,教育群众纠正好吃懒做思想,激发艰苦创业精神,发动群众架桥修路、开渠引水、建立生产基地,发展种养业。在工作队和村干部带领下,扎浩村男女老少齐上阵,仅用两个月时间,就劈掉半边山,挖掘土石方5万多立方米,修通了长1.5公里、宽7米的扎浩公路。同时,在交通闭塞的扎南管区修通了三座规模较大、质量较好的桥梁,解决了村民行路难、过河难的问题。老百姓说,这是过去做梦都不敢想的事情。 经过艰苦努力,多方筹资,7目29日,在隆隆的鞭炮声中,扎浩村民房改造工程破土动工,村民们将结束祖祖辈辈居住茅房的历史。丁广强局长郑重承诺,要让该村群众搬进新房过21世纪第一个春节。 局领导对扶贫工作高度重视,层层落实扶贫目标责任制,签订责任状。扶贫工作做到思想到位、人员到位、工作到位,力争在2000年上半年基本实现脱贫目标。
