我院于1992～1995年应用脉络宁注射液治疗乙型慢性活动型肝炎(CAH)患者47例,疗效满意。现报告如下。 资料与方法:本文91例HBsAg、HBeAg阳性CAH患者均符合1990年全国病毒性肝炎会议修订的诊断标准。其中男74例,女17例;年龄23～70岁;病史1～40年。随机分为常规治疗组(对照组)44例,脉络宁组47例。对照组采用10％葡萄糖液400ml、强力宁80ml、10％葡萄糖液500ml、ATP40mg、CoA200U、维生素C2g、维生素B_60.2g、肌苷0.6g,均每日1次静滴,疗程为8周。脉络宁组在常规治疗的基础上将脉络宁注射液20ml加入10％葡萄糖液400ml中静滴,每日1次,共8周。 结果:疗效标准为:①显效:症状消失,肝脾回缩,肝功恢复正常,蛋白比值明显好转。②有效:症状改善,肝脾回缩或稳定不变,肝功及蛋白比值好转。③无效:未达有效标准。两组治疗一个疗程后
Our hospital in 1992 ~ 1995 Mailuoning injection treatment of chronic hepatitis B patients with chronic hepatitis B (CAH) in 47 cases, with satisfactory results. The report is as follows. Materials and Methods: 91 cases of HBsAg, HBeAg-positive CAH patients were in line with the 1990 national meeting of the revised hepatitis virus diagnostic criteria. Of which 74 males and 17 females; aged 23 to 70 years; history of 1 to 40 years. Randomly divided into conventional treatment group (control group) 44 cases, Mailuoning group 47 cases. The control group was treated with 400ml of 10% glucose solution, 80ml of strong Ning, 500ml of 10% glucose solution, 40mg of ATP, 200mg of CoA, 2g of vitamin C, 60.2g of vitamin B and 0.6g of inosine. The course of treatment was 8 weeks. Mailuoning group in the conventional treatment based on the Mailuoning injection 20ml added 10% glucose solution 400ml intravenous infusion once a day for a total of 8 weeks. Results: The curative effect was as follows: (1) effective: the symptoms disappeared, liver and spleen retracted, liver function returned to normal, and protein ratio improved obviously. ② effective: symptoms improved, liver and spleen retracted or stable, liver function and protein ratio improved. ③ invalid: less than the effective standard.
