目的:探讨飞行人员坐位头位性眼震电图的特征.方法:采用7种坐位头位诱发眼震,在闭眼条件下记录30s,分析飞行人员水平性眼震204例.结果:①眼震发生率为38.73%;②20岁组明显低于30,40岁组(P<0.01);③坐位头位眼震与发生飞行错觉有显著相关(P<0.01);④眼震电图的特点是一种无最强反应期的低强度眼震.结论:坐位头位性眼震是潜在性亚临床型前庭功能不平衡,与飞行错觉显著相关.
Objective: To investigate the characteristics of the oculomotor electrogram of the pilots sitting at the head. Methods: Seven kinds of sitting position were used to induce nystagmus, and 30s were recorded in closed eyes. 204 cases of horizontal nystagmus were analyzed. Results: ① The incidence of nystagmus was 38.73%; ② The level of nystagmus in the 20-year-old group was significantly lower than that in the 30 and 40-year-old group (P <0.01); 01); ④ eye electrogram is characterized by a non-strongest response to low-intensity nystagmus. Conclusion: Nocturnal nystagmus is a potential subclinical vestibular dysfunction with significant correlation with flight illusion.
