一、前言金属切削机床在机械制造领域内占有重要地位,而导轨又是机床装配和加工的基础。目前大多数机床采用各类铸铁作为滑动导轨材料,这类导轨副存在这样一些问题:摩擦系数较大,在干摩擦或缺油、少油的情况下,不能正常工作,以致引起严重磨损,使用寿命缩短。同时,对于有精确定位要求的数控机床来说,还存在低速小位移爬行的问题。
