高校学报的特性具有多面性。本文就高校学报的现状,从另一个侧面分析高校学报的非市场化特性以及改革的可能性,认为学报的改革应在高校的体制改革之后。学报是高校的学术刊物,高校应是学报改革的原动力。 The characteristics of college journals are multifaceted. This article analyzes the status quo of university journals and analyzes the non-marketization characteristics of journals of colleges and universities and the possibility of reform from another perspective.
