目的 研究强肝胶囊对四氯化碳大鼠肝纤维化预防与治疗作用。方法 以CCl4诱导大鼠肝纤维化模型 ,造模前 2周及结束后分别予强肝胶囊进行防治 ,各持续 10周 ;测定肝组织羟脯氨酸 (Hyp)含量 ,光镜、电镜观察肝脏病理形态变化。结果 强肝胶囊预防、治疗组Hyp显著降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,胶原沉积及脂肪变性明显减轻 (P <0 0 5 ) ,电镜显示强肝胶囊预防组肝细胞内脂滴明显减少 ,狄氏间隙内胶原纤维增生明显减轻。结论 强肝胶囊对大鼠肝纤维化具有明确防治作用。
Objective To study the preventive and therapeutic effects of Qianggan Capsule on hepatic fibrosis in rats with carbon tetrachloride. Methods The hepatic fibrosis model induced by CCl4 was induced in rats. Two days before and after the model, Qianggan Capsule was used for prevention and treatment respectively for 10 weeks. The content of hydroxyproline (Hyp) in liver tissue was measured. The liver was observed under light microscope and electron microscope. Pathological changes. Results In the prevention and treatment group of Qianggan capsule, Hyp decreased significantly (P < 0.05), and collagen deposition and steatosis were significantly reduced (P <0 05). Electron microscopy showed that the lipid droplets in hepatocytes in the prevention group of Qianggan Capsule were significantly reduced. Collagen fibrosis was significantly reduced in the interstitial space. Conclusion Qianggan capsule has a clear preventive and therapeutic effect on liver fibrosis in rats.
