用保护酶活性测试盒测定了鞭角华扁叶蜂幼虫期及预蛹滞育期间机体内保护酶系统的活力。结果表明 ,幼虫体内SOD和CAT活力与虫龄呈正相关 ,POD活力与虫龄呈负相关。同幼虫期比较 ,滞育预蛹体内 3种保护酶的活力均有较大幅度的下降 ,其中SOD和CAT活力的变化表现出与气温变化的相关性 ,而POD活力受气温的影响较大。雄性预蛹体内 3种保护酶的活力显著高于雌性 ,但总的代谢趋势相一致
Protective enzyme activity test kit was used to determine the activity of the protective enzyme system in larval stage and pre-pupa diapause stage. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between the activity of SOD and CAT and the age of larvae. The activity of POD was negatively correlated with the age of larvae. Compared with the larval stage, the activity of three kinds of protective enzymes in diapause pre-pupa decreased significantly. The changes of SOD and CAT activity showed the correlation with the temperature changes, while the activity of POD was greatly affected by the temperature. The activity of three kinds of protective enzymes in male pre-pupa was significantly higher than that in females, but the overall metabolic tendency was consistent
