某厂浴室分为一、二,三池,池池相连,互又通道,对外开放。今年夏天的一天,街道干部李淑英之父李全保前来洗澡时,下了二池中就被严重烫伤,经抢救后检查,确认烫伤面积达40%,为二度烫伤.李全保在住院治疗期间,共用去医药费用等1600余元,全由浴室垫付。李全保出院时,其女儿李淑英向浴室领导表示感谢,但浴室领导却提出让李淑英支付已垫付的全部费用,李淑英不同意,为此发生争执。浴室便向人民法院起诉,要求支付全部垫付费用。理由是,自己来洗澡,不试水温,烫伤自己负责,浴室没有责任。李淑英辩称,浴室烫伤顾客,理应负责医疗,自己不应负担任何费用。那么,怎样承担责任呢?
