当今时代,谁拥有先进的军事科技,谁就拥有了优势的“打赢”砝码。在生存安全问题和发展安全问题日趋复杂的形势下,我国必须大力发展军事科技、积极推进国防和军队现代化建设,以谋求更广阔的生存和发展空间。军事科技伦理研究必须积极适应军事斗争准备的需要,充分展示我国发展军事科技、推进军事斗争准备的道义自信,在服务军事斗争准备中创新军事科技伦理体系。为此,军事科技伦理研究者应当强化服务军事斗争准备的责任意识、理论创新意识、视角转换意识及意识形态斗争意识,拓展和深化军事科技伦理研究。
In today’s era, whoever owns advanced military science and technology has a superior “win-win” weight. Under the increasingly complex issue of the issues of existence and development and security, China must vigorously develop military science and technology and actively promote the national defense and the modernization of the armed forces in order to seek broader space for survival and development. The research of military science and technology ethics must adapt to the need of military struggle preparation fully, fully demonstrate the moral self - confidence of our country ’s development of military science and technology and promote the preparations for military struggle and innovate the military science and technology ethics system in the service of military struggle preparation. Therefore, researchers of military science and technology ethics should reinforce the sense of responsibility, theory innovation consciousness, perspective transformation consciousness and ideological struggle awareness in order to serve military struggle preparation, and expand and deepen the research of military science and technology ethics.
