本文通过分析职业核心能力与主题班会结合的意义,对以主题班会为载体的高职学生职业核心能力培养模式进行了实践和探索,形成贯穿于学生整个学习阶段的培养模式。
By analyzing the significance of the combination of vocational core competence with subject classes, this paper carries out the exploration and practice of the vocational core competence training mode of vocational students with the theme class as the carrier, and forms the training mode which runs through the entire learning phase of the students.
