目的探讨无齿卵圆钳钳夹宫颈治疗前置胎盘产后出血的应用。方法对2009年1月至2011年12月因前置胎盘所致的产后出血10例患者采用无齿卵圆钳钳夹宫颈进行治疗。结果 10例前置胎盘产后出血治疗均获得成功,无一例改行子宫切除。产后42 d回访,子宫恢复良好,宫颈外观正常,随访6个月,无宫颈粘连及狭窄发生。结论在前置胎盘所致的产后出血的患者中用无齿卵圆钳钳夹宫颈及子宫下段是治疗产后出血、并能保留子宫及生育功能的一种简便、快捷、有效的方法,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application of no-toothed oval pliers forceps for cervicitis in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods Ten patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to placenta previa from January 2009 to December 2011 were treated with a non-toothed oval forceps to clamp the cervix. Results 10 cases of placenta previa hemorrhage were successful, no case of hysterectomy. 42 days postpartum visit, the uterus recovered well, the appearance of the cervix normal, followed up for 6 months, no cervical adhesions and stenosis occurred. Conclusion In patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by placenta previa, the use of toothless oval pliers to clamp the cervix and lower uterine segment is a simple, quick and effective method for treating postpartum hemorrhage and preserving uterine function and fertility, Promote the application.
