课堂教学总体目标在课堂各时段、各阶段的时段目标。各时段的目标可表现出各自独立的一面,但从整体来看,它们又构成了相互联系的、相互和谐的总体目标。目前我们的教学有效性的缺乏,首先体现的是教师在课堂教学中的时段目标的缺失。在课堂教学前期设计中,教师要从学生的认知起点出发,紧密围绕教学目标,层层分解,精心设计,将课堂各时段的目标意识、效率意识、效益意识,渗透到教学的前期准备中。
