为了解 +Gz重复暴露后大鼠脑组织 c- fos、c- jun和神经生长因子 (NGF)基因表达的变化 ,探讨它们在 +Gz所致脑损伤中的作用和意义 ,用半定量反转录聚合酶链反应 (RT- PCR)检测方法检测 +Gz重复暴露后大鼠脑组织 c- fos、c- jun和 NGF m RNA表达水平。结果 c- fos和 c- jun在 +Gz重复暴露后 30 m in m RNA表达明显升高 ,6 h和 2 4h降至正常 ;NGF在 30 min和 6 h表达均明显升高 ,2 4h恢复正常。表明 +Gz重复暴露可诱导大鼠脑组织 c- fos、c- jun和 NGF m RNA的表达 ,提示它们的表达增加可能在 +Gz所致脑损伤中起病理或保护作用
To investigate the changes of c-fos, c-jun and nerve growth factor (NGF) gene expression in rat brain after + Gz repeated exposure, their roles and significance in + Gz-induced brain injury were explored. Semiquantitative inversion The expression of c-fos, c-jun and NGF m RNA in rat brain after + Gz repeated exposure was detected by Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR). Results The expressions of c-fos and c-jun were significantly increased 30 m in m RNA after repeated exposure of + Gz, and returned to normal at 6 h and 24 h. The expressions of NGF at 30 min and 6 h were significantly increased and returned to normal after 24 h . The results showed that repeated exposure of + Gz could induce the expression of c-fos, c-jun and NGF m RNA in rat brain, indicating that their increased expression may play a pathological or protective role in + Gz-induced brain injury
