一台农用车行驶时连续折断了3根半轴。半轴断裂时没有响声,而且有一根半轴是在下坡时折断的。拆卸半轴的紧固螺栓时,锥形衬套自动向外弹出。半轴紧固螺母及锥形衬套全部卸掉后,发现半轴凸缘平面与后轮毂平面前侧有约0.70mm的缝隙。将半轴装入半轴套管时,至最后10mm处很难装入。断裂半轴一侧的后轮胎扇形花纹出现锯齿形的异常磨损。
A farm car driving continuously broken off three half-shafts. There was no noise when the half-shaft ruptured, and one half-shaft was broken when going downhill. When removing the half-shaft tightening bolt, the tapered bushing automatically pops out. After the half-shaft fastening nut and the tapered sleeve are all removed, it is found that there is a gap of about 0.70 mm in the front face of the semi-axle flange plane and the rear hub plane. When the half-shaft is fitted into the half-shaft bushing, it is difficult to load it up to the last 10 mm. The zigzag-shaped abnormal wear of the rear tire sector on the side of the rupture half shaft appears.
