在斜度小的井中一般采用下挂滚轮加重的方式和外加绞车向下的推力来输送电缆。但在大斜度井、水平井中以上的方式就难以实现电缆的输送。另外,在油管输送射孔中,由于造斜井段过长致使油零数据相应过长,这就势必造成射孔深度的准确性难以控制,射孔误差大。针对以上难题,从新型柔性滚轮加重的研制和电缆旁通泵送工艺的研究两方面入手,并通过现场实际应用,获得良好的效果。
In the pit with a small inclination, the method of increasing the hanging roller is generally adopted and the thrust of the winch is added to transmit the cable. However, it is difficult to achieve the cable transportation in the above-mentioned manner in high-inclination wells and horizontal wells. In addition, in the pipe delivery perforation, the oil zero data is too long due to the excessively long section of the inclined section, which will inevitably cause the accuracy of the perforation depth to be difficult to control and the perforation error is large. In view of the above problems, this paper starts with the research of aggravating the new type of flexible roller and the research of the bypass pump technology, and obtains the good effect through the practical application in the field.
