在对许昌市三家三甲医院的医患会话语料收集的基础上,文章重点分析了会话中医患所提问题的种类。其中,医生问话主要包括开放性和封闭性问话、医疗诊断类问话、心理问话和社会历史类问话;患者问话主要目的是澄清对医生语言表述的理解。通过大量的实例分析,得出的结论为医生在医患交际中处于强势地位,患者处于从属地位。同时,文章对这一权势不平等现象进行反思。
Based on the corpus collection of doctor-patient conversation in three top-three hospitals in Xuchang, this article focuses on the types of questions raised by conversational TCM practitioners. Among them, the doctor’s questions mainly include open and closed questioning, medical diagnosis questioning, psychological questioning and social history questioning; the main purpose of the patient questioning is to clarify the understanding of the doctor’s language expression. Through a large number of case studies, the conclusion drawn is that doctors are in a strong position in doctor-patient communication and patients are in a subordinate position. At the same time, the article reflects on this phenomenon of inequality.
