以去肾上腺或地塞米松灌胃方式制造皮质功能低下或亢进大鼠模型,观察双调素的双向调节作用。实验表明,1.00g/kg双调素和0.5mg/kg地塞米松均可增加去肾上腺大鼠肝糖原含量。地塞米松可明显增加正常大鼠的肝糖原含量,而双调素可抵消这种作用。提示双调素在机体皮质激素水平低下或过高时。对糖代谢具有双向调节作用。
The rat model of cortical hypofunction or hyperthyroidism was produced by intragastric administration of adrenal or dexamethasone to observe the bidirectional regulation of aflatoxin. Experiments show that 1.00g/kg apigenin and 0.5mg/kg dexamethasone can increase hepatic glycogen content in adrenal gland rats. Dexamethasone significantly increased hepatic glycogen content in normal rats, while aflatoxin counteracted this effect. It is suggested that adiponectin is low or high in corticosteroid levels in the body. There are two-way regulatory effects on sugar metabolism.
