本文采用半二甲酚橙作为络合滴定锌的指示剂,在pH为3.3～5.6乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液中,终点颜色溶液由红色变为亮黄色。终点变化敏锐,准确度高,选择性好,大部分共存离子不干扰测定,仅Pb,Ti,Mn允许量较少,Cu定量干扰,Ni,V封闭指示剂,干扰测定,应预先除去。指示剂用量对滴定有影响,以0.1%SXO用量2～5滴为宜。在30ml滴定体积内,锌量在0～20mg范围内标准滴定曲线为直线。经矿石验证,该法可用于测定矿石中0.2％以上的锌。
