作者用人株(BAH54)、波特兰株(PI)及其克隆株(PIC10)3株蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫滋养体进行阿苯达唑抗贾第虫体外实验,并与甲硝唑和替硝唑进行比较。甲硝唑和替硝唑用双蒸水稀释,阿苯达唑用二甲基亚砜(DMSO)稀释,试验浓度分别为0.1、0.5、1.0、2.0及10.0μg/ml等。受试虫株均培养在含有10%新生小牛血清,而不含抗生素与维生素混合液的BI-S-33培养基中,虫体浓度范围为30000~50000个滋养体/ml,在培养基中加入适当浓度的药后,37℃培养。药物处理的时间分别为4h和24h,然后将虫体置换于无药培养基中培养到7天,另设双蒸水或DMSO的无药对照组,用半定量法测定滋养体的吸附能力。与对照组相比较,对滋养体形态、增
