在知识经济时代,高影响力的创新产出能为企业带来巨大的经济效益,而创新不足则会导致企业成长的停滞和倒退。通过文本发掘、数据库技术、社会网络分析技术对全球半导体行业1991—2000年间63家上市公司样本的大规模USPTO专利数据进行考察,其结果表明:探索性搜索对创新产出影响力具有正向作用;组织内部协作网络的不同结构属性对探索性搜索与创新产出影响力之间关系具有重要影响。其中,组织内部协作网络密度正向调节探索性搜索与创新产出影响力之间的关系,而组织内部协作网络分离度负向调节探索性搜索与创新产出影响力之间的关系。
In the era of knowledge-based economy, high-impact innovative output can bring huge economic benefits to enterprises, and lack of innovation can lead to the stagnation and retrogression of business growth. The results of the large-scale USPTO patent data of 63 listed companies in the global semiconductor industry from 1991 to 2000 through text mining, database technology and social network analysis show that exploratory search has a positive effect on the impact of innovation output ; The different structural attributes of intra-organizational collaborative networks have an important impact on the relationship between exploratory search and innovation output. Among them, the intra-organizational collaborative network density positively adjusts the relationship between exploratory search and innovation output influence, while the intra-organizational collaboration network dissociation negatively regulates the relationship between exploratory search and innovation output influence.
