本文主要探究与新课程理念相匹配的新的课堂教学评价标准,突出评价的导向、诊断、激励和发展功能,力图以评价为着力点加速课堂教学改革步伐。本文的评价标准强调“以学论教”的评价主题,强调学生的主体性和教师的主导性的充分体现。评价不仅要关注学生的学业成绩,而且要发现和发展学生多方面的潜能,了解学生发展中的需求,帮助学生认识自我,建立自信。发挥评价的教育功能,促进学生在原有水平上的发展。重视目标的达成,重视过程的最优化和最终的课堂教学成效。
This paper mainly explores the new classroom teaching evaluation standard which matches with the new curriculum idea, emphasizes the function of orientation, diagnosis, motivation and development of evaluation, trying to accelerate the pace of classroom teaching reform with evaluation as its focal point. The evaluation criteria of this paper emphasize the evaluation theme of “learning by theory”, emphasizing the full manifestation of the students ’subjectivity and teachers’ dominance. Evaluation should not only pay attention to students’ academic performance, but also find and develop the potential of students in various aspects, understand the needs of students in development, and help students to recognize themselves and build their self-confidence. Give play to the educational function of evaluation and promote the development of students on the original level. Attention to the goal of achieving, focusing on the process of optimization and the ultimate classroom teaching effectiveness.
