[目的]为茭白的食疗作用提供参考依据。[方法]以茭白单季茭品种“蒋墅茭”和双季茭品种“葑红早”为试验材料,研究了有机肥和无机肥处理的不同规格茭白肉质茎对重金属离子Pb2+和Cd2+束缚能力的影响。[结果]随茭白肉质茎的膨大,2个茭白品种对Pb2+和Cd2+的最大束缚量和最小束缚浓度总体呈逐渐增加的趋势;不同肥料处理间以有机肥处理时茭白肉质茎对Pb2+和Cd2+的束缚能力明显强于无机肥处理;品种间存在差异,以葑红早对Pb2+和Cd2+的束缚能力同比强于蒋墅茭。[结论]茭白肉质茎对Pb2+和Cd2+具有较强的束缚能力,是一种优质蔬菜。
[Objective] To provide the reference basis for the therapeutic effect of Bai Bai. [Method] The experiment was conducted to study the effects of organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer on the growth of heavy metal ions Pb2 + And Cd2 + binding ability. [Result] The maximum binding capacity and minimum binding concentration of Pb2 + and Cd2 + showed a general trend of increasing with the enlargement of stems of Sumacai white flesh. When organic manure was used to treat Pb2 + and Cd2 + The binding ability was significantly stronger than that of inorganic fertilizers. There were differences among varieties. The binding ability of reddish red to Pb2 + and Cd2 + was stronger than that of Jiangshuluo. [Conclusion] The fleshy stem of fleshy white flesh had strong binding ability to Pb2 + and Cd2 + and was a good quality vegetable.
