罗丹明 B和丁基罗丹明 B的固体表面室温磷光 p H范围、光照稳定性 ,实验方法的精密度以及线性范围和检出限等都需要进行细致的研究 .实验结果表明 :罗丹明 B和丁基罗丹明B的 p H范围分别为 1 .90 ,2 .40 ,1 .75～ 3.50 ;光照稳定时间均为 3min;RSD分别为 5.1 9%、2 .63% ;线性范围分别为 (0 .9ng～ 956.0 6ng) /斑点 ,(1 0 ng～ 2 1 4.2 4 ng) /斑点 ;检出限分别为0 .0 0 4 4 ng/斑点 ,0 .0 4 8ng/斑点
Rhodamine B and butyl rhodamine B at room temperature surface temperature phosphorescence p H range, light stability, precision of experimental methods and the linear range and the detection limit need to be carefully studied.The experimental results show that: rhodamine B and The p H of butyl rhodamine B ranged from 1.90 to 2.40 and from 1.75 to 3.50 respectively, and the light stabilization time was 3 min.
