尔后对IL-1β与SF(scatter factor,扩散因子),VWF(von willebrand’s factor,血管性假血友病因子),TSP1(thrombospondin-1)和TNFα等含量的相关性作了分析。
Interleukin-1β (IL-1β) is a multi-functional cytokine that upregulates inflammatory responses. Some studies suggest that this factor may have the effect of regulating the phenotype of malignant cells. So far the expression or potential biological significance of IL-1β on human breast cancer remains unclear. The results of this research are now reported. Firstly, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was performed on 204 invasive breast cancers, 17 in situ ductal carcinomas of the breast (DCIS), and 8 benign breast lesions. The correlation between IL-1β and SF (scatter factor), VWF (von Willebrand’s factor), TSP1 (thrombospondin-1) and TNFα was analyzed.
