[目的]利用钠化及层间剥离处理后蒙脱石的高分散性和吸附性,研制具有缓释性能的乙草胺悬浮剂。[方法]通过悬浮率、分散性和贮存稳定性测试考察悬浮剂配方对制剂悬浮率和稳定性的影响,采用土壤薄层释放实验考察悬浮剂的缓释作用。[结果]当阳离子乳化剂和增稠剂的用量分别为蒙脱石的15%(质量分数,下同)和10%时,所得悬浮剂的悬浮稳定性优良,同时可以延缓活性成分的释放,提高活性成分在土壤表层的持留。[结论]蒙脱石基乙草胺悬浮剂具有环境友好、易喷洒施用、缓释性等优点。
[Objective] The research aimed to develop acetochlor suspending agent with slow release performance by utilizing the high dispersion and adsorption of montmorillonite after sodium treatment and interlayer delamination treatment. [Method] The influence of suspending agent formula on suspending rate and stability of formulation was investigated by the test of suspension rate, dispersibility and storage stability. The sustained-release effect of suspending agent was investigated by thin layer release experiment of soil. [Result] When the amount of cationic emulsifier and thickener were 15% (mass fraction) and 10% of montmorillonite respectively, the suspending agent obtained had excellent suspension stability and delayed the release of active ingredient. Increase the retention of the active ingredient on the soil surface. [Conclusion] The montmorillonite-based acetochlor suspension has the advantages of environmental friendliness, easy spray application and sustained release.
