目的探析高血压性脑出血诊断中CT的应用价值。方法 108例高血压性脑出血患者为研究对象,均进行CT检查,并对其进行追踪监测分析。结果通过CT检查发现108例患者检查出112个血肿,其中76个(67.86%)位于基底节及丘脑,65个(58.04%)呈蚕豆形或圆形。72例(66.67%)患者血肿周边出现积水,37例(34.26%)血肿破入脑室系统,最大体积达到121.00 cm~3,最小1.26 cm~3。出血量最高者达35.60 ml,最少者6.87 ml。结论 CT对高血压性脑出血可以直观看出血肿的位置、大小、数目、周边情况、是否出现位移以及动态及变化趋势。
Objective To investigate the value of CT in the diagnosis of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods One hundred and eighty patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were enrolled in this study. All patients underwent CT examination and follow-up monitoring analysis. Results CT examination revealed that 112 hematomas were detected in 108 patients, of which 76 (67.86%) were located in the basal ganglia and the thalamus, 65 (58.04%) were broad bean or round. Seventy - two cases (66.67%) had hydrocephalus around the hematoma, and 37 cases (34.26%) hematoma broke into the ventricular system. The maximum volume reached 121.00 cm ~ 3 and the minimum was 1.26 cm ~ 3. The highest amount of bleeding up to 35.60 ml, the least 6.87 ml. Conclusion CT in hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage can be intuitively see the location, size, number of the hematoma, the surrounding situation, whether there is displacement and dynamic and trends.
