改革开放以来,我省的对外开放工作虽然取得了很大成绩,但其水平(尤其是 利用外资方面)不仅同沿海先进省份相比存在较大差距,而且与自身经济发展也不相适应。 在当前,如何贯彻落实好《中共湖北省委湖北省人民政府关于进一步扩大对外开放的若干 意见》(鄂发[2004]23号),从认识、观念和方法上实现新的突破,进一步加大工作力度, 努力推动我省对外开放跃上一个大的台阶？这是需要各级党委、政府认真研究和切实解决的 一个重要问题。本栏目特组编这组文章,希望能对各地研究、决策、开展这项工作有所裨益。
Since the reform and opening up, our province has made great achievements in opening up to the outside world. However, its level (especially in the use of foreign investment) not only shows a large gap with the advanced coastal provinces, but also does not correspond to its own economic development.
