恢复农业银行以来,人员逐年增多.目前,我行共有新职工46人,占全行职工总数44.9%.这部分人,由于种种原因,相当数量存在着缺乏职业光荣感和事业心,组织纪律性差,服务态度不好,有的不安心工作,有的累出差错.因此,在目前情况下抓紧抓好对青年职工的职业责任、职业道德,职业纪律的教育是十分必要的.如何开展对青年职工进行“三职”教育,本人认为,应抓好以下几个方面:
