情报人员的情感是指其内心对客观事物所抱的肯定或否定态度的体现。它包括憎恨、恐惧、愤怒、骄傲、内疚、悲伤、愉快和热爱等情绪。情感的两极性表明既可以起正向推动作用,也可以起反向的阻力作用。如何驾驭、培养和激发情报人员美好健康、积极向上的情感,决定着情报机构各项工作的顺利开展和效益好坏。笔者认为,一个重要的方面就是正确认识情感的内容,科学地运用情感管理启动情报人员的内力,充分调动他们工作的积极性、主动性和创造性,创最佳工作效率。
Emotional intelligence personnel refers to the affirmation or negative attitude of their innermost objective things. It includes feelings of hatred, fear, anger, pride, guilt, sadness, pleasure and love. The bipolarity of emotion shows both positive and negative resistance. How to control, cultivate and inspire the intelligence personnel to have a sound, healthy and positive emotion determines the smooth development of all the work of the intelligence agencies and their effectiveness. In my opinion, one important aspect is to correctly understand the content of emotion, to use the internal forces of intelligence management to launch intelligence personnel scientifically and to fully mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of their work to create the best work efficiency.
