上海经济发展是九十年代中国的重头戏,人们往往把眼光投射到浦东新区和新兴产业“新贵”上。但肩负当代上海乃至全国经济重任和财政重任的仍是纺织、轻工、冶金和机电等老字号企业。上海数以万计的老字号企业是建国以来至今的上海以至中国经济的脊梁,他们吃的是“草”,贡献出来的是“奶”。进入1994年,离下一世纪更近了,上海老字号企业的当家人,如何继往开来再在商品市场争雄呢。记者采访了一些上海企业家,听取他们的高见,笔录如下。
Shanghai’s economic development was the highlight of China in the 1990s. People often cast their sights on Pudong New Area and the “new upstart” of emerging industries. However, old-fashioned enterprises such as textile, light industry, metallurgy, and electromechanical are still responsible for the heavy economic and financial burdens of contemporary Shanghai and even the whole country. Shanghai’s tens of thousands of time-honored companies are the backbone of Shanghai and China’s economy since the founding of the People’s Republic of China. They eat “grass” and contribute “milk”. Entering 1994, closer to the next century, the family of Shanghai’s time-honored companies will continue to compete in the commodity market. The reporter interviewed some Shanghai entrepreneurs and listened to their opinions. The transcripts are as follows.
