采用微波消解法处理荞麦样品,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)测定其中Al,Na,K,B,Mg,Zn,Mn,Fe,Ca,Sr,Co和Cu 12种微量元素的含量。选择ICP仪器最佳测定条件为射频功率1300 W,载气流量0.20 L/min,冷却气流量8 L/min,等离子气流量0.55 L/min,试液提升量1.5 ml/min,方法检出限为0.00030~0.00468μg/ml,回收率94.8%~106.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于3.11%。方法操作简便可靠,重现性好,可以作为荞麦的质量控制方法之一。
The contents of Al, Na, K, B, Mg, Zn, Mn, Fe, Ca, Sr, Co and Cu in the buckwheat samples were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) . The optimum conditions for the determination of ICP were 1300 W RF power, 0.20 L / min carrier gas flow, 8 L / min cooling gas flow, 0.55 L / min plasma gas flow and 1.5 ml / The recoveries ranged from 94.8% to 106.6% with relative standard deviations (RSDs) less than 3.11%. The method is simple, reliable, reproducible and can be used as one of the quality control methods for buckwheat.
