改进电子组装技术、提高表面安装组件的质量,并在此基础上,实现表面安装的自动化,对于电子组装工业今后的发展有着重要的意义。表面安装技术与传统的有引线插装技术相比,在设计、制造和质量等方面具有许多优点。本文将阐述表面安装技术中的设计思想、材料选择和各个工艺中的技术要求,从而采用最佳方案,提高产品质量。与此同时,在保证产品质量的前提下,尽可能实现工艺的自动化,以适应大中型批量生产的需要。
