提出了一种基于数字可控电感的宽带压控振荡器(VCO)。根据人工介电常数控制理论,提出了利用数字可控差分传输线实现电感可调的方法,并在ADS软件中对数字可控差分电感进行仿真和优化,最终提出了一种采用数字可控电感来实现宽带VCO的方法。在Cadence仿真环境中,采用GF 65nm CMOS工艺进行电路设计。流片后,测得电路总的频率调节范围约为6.5GHz(68.737~75.283GHz),实现了较宽的频带。
