目的:观察祛痰宣肺中药联合沙美特罗治疗矽肺合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床疗效。方法:将104例患者按随机数字表法分为2组各52例,对照组进行常规西药治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上接受祛痰宣肺中药治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效和进行生活质量评分。结果:观察组总有效率为90.2%,对照组总有效率为71.1%,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者的日常生活能力、社会生活能力、抑郁症状和焦虑症状均改善(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组日常生活能力、社会生活能力、抑郁症状和焦虑症状变化情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:祛痰宣肺中药联合西药可提高治疗矽肺合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of expectorant and Xuanfei combined with salmeterol in the treatment of silicosis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods: 104 patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table, 52 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The treatment group received expectorant and Xuanfei treatment based on the control group. The clinical efficacy and quality of life scores of two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate was 90.2% in the observation group and 71.1% in the control group, and the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the daily living ability, social life ability, depression symptoms and anxiety symptoms were improved in both groups (P <0.05). After treatment, the changes of daily living ability, social life ability, depressive symptoms and anxiety symptoms in observation group were better than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Expectorant Chinese herbs combined with Western medicine can improve the clinical efficacy of treatment of silicosis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
